I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is amazing, right in the heart of the city and next to the south bus terminal, making it super convenient. The rooms were spacious and modern, but unfortunately, the air conditioning was super loud. On the bright side, the hotel is close enough to the malls for some great shopping, but the dining options were a bit disappointing.
